Great idea, I didn't realize they could designate part of the seating as the beer garden. Makes a ton of sense and will surely improve sales.

For those who haven't been to a basketball game in a while...you can now buy beer or wine from the vendor setup on the court level in the southwest corner of the fieldhouse and bring it to your seat. No more beer corral way up in the corner. This looked to be pretty popular at the Idaho game. The line at halftime was very long. The west endzone bleachers were packed-is that the popular section for easy access to the vendor? I haven't tried it out-I'm guessing it's pricey. A good option if you want to get your New Year's eve drink on before sundown.

$9 a beer. Probably too expensive for college kids to get too drunk and wild.

I had noticed but not tried yet either.
I did notice in the other corner they have a “smoothie vendor” selling expresso, teas, and about 20 flavors of smoothies. Big push on “huckleberry” smoothies. That’s selling popular too…not quite like the beer though!
