77-56 Cats get the win. Belo and Osobor combined for 32. Total domination. Anyone out there tonight?

Re: MBB at UNCU
Why does the announcer insist on calling Ford "Ford the 3rd"? III is just a suffix. It's not part of his last name. There is no reason to include that every time you refer to him. His last name is just Ford. There is no more reason to include a suffix, than there is to include the player's first name every time you say his name. Sorry, but that's a huge pet peeve for me. In other news, nice win for the MSU men tonight.

Re: MBB at UNCU
I haven't watched a lot of games this year, but it seems we are seeing both Belo and Osobor on the court at the same time more frequently.

Can't make up my mind as to which is better - 55-21 or 48-14, but 34-11 will do.

Griz lose in OT in Flagstaff. Several dozen mildly enthusiastic Lumberjack fans on hand to watch. What a shame.

I watched here and there whenever there was a stoppage at the women's game. Every time I looked it seemed like Darius Brown II was doing something good. He's playing really well as of late.
Belo and Osobor dominated. That's what I expected out of this team.
Both Cable Fuller and Patrick McMahon didn't play. Injured or sick?

Watching the replay. If you get a chance to see it, Osobor's traveling call late in the first half was hilarious. He got out on a breakaway and took three huge steps (no dribble) and flushed it. It would have been a great play in the NBA.

I see where Battle only played 18 minutes but didn't have foul trouble. Did I read that right (ESPN has been known to get things wrong). If so, does he have an injury?

Was foul trouble he picked up his second personal with about 10 to go in the first half. Played a fair amount in the second until it was out of hand.

Caleb Fuller out w. a sprained ankle. Patrick broke his foot this week in practice and has surgery on Tuesday.

Damn, that's unfortunate! Hope he has a speedy recovery, he was really making strides this year.

Yes, Patty is disappointed but planning to rehab the heck out of his foot and meanwhile cheer on his guys and all that good stuff. Coach Sprinks and Brett Ritter (Athletic Trainer) were awesome in helping Pat w. getting to a good Orthopedic Doc for a quick prognosis and keeping us in the loop up here in the 49th State. Go, Cats!!!

Thanks for the info. Best of luck for a healthy recovery. Loved to see him on the court and making improvement!lv2hoop wrote: ↑Fri Jan 06, 2023 1:03 pmYes, Patty is disappointed but planning to rehab the heck out of his foot and meanwhile cheer on his guys and all that good stuff.
