Lots of turnovers to their press. That foul sure didnt seem too obvious. .. but now we are down 4 with 19.8 seconds to go..

Doesn't matter who the coach is, Classic Cats always show up.

Scored no points the last 4 minutes. The press killed us. Bless Robert Ford, we’d be lost without him, but he’s not the ball handler Brown or Bishop were.

Pulling the foot off the gas pedal with 3+ mins left clearly wasn’t the right move.

Mega bummer... Lots of good in this game, our press breaking not being one of them. Bet we know what will be on the practice agenda tomorrow.

Up 69-59 with four minutes and outscored 16-0 from there. Ugly, ugly loss. We are going to be a bad team in the Big Sky due to all the players leaving and injuries. We can't rebound and can't defend inside. None of this is on Matt Logie. He's been dealt a bad hand.

We played not to lose....reminds me of the tournament game against the Griz at the Brick when we had a big lead and went into a deep freeze and lost all momentum. Lost it on a tip dink at the buzzer. I suppose all the 3's we hit were a hint that we would get a lead and then stand back and admire it.

Ford is a good ball handler, but he's not like Brown...he can't hit the clutch 3 (although he thinks he can), or go to the bucket with authority like Brown could. It would be more of a threat if we could get McMahon back, not to handle the ball but go to the rim in clutch time.

It remains to be seen if he can recruit the kinds of players we need to defend inside and slash to the rim.

Yes the press got us. And we quit attacking as well!!

We will not get an at large and were not going to have enough wins to get high seed. This preseason is about getting better, learning to pmay together and preparing for conference. Then goal is to continue to improve and make a run at tourney.
