Started this a bit early because as I was looking over Eastern's stats, I see their leading scorer is averaging 13.5 points per game. They are a balanced team. Having said that, we also have some good balance to our scoring. Hope we can get a good showing from the students tonight.

This is a good test to see where exactly Logie and company are at. Eastern appears to be the class of the league at the moment.

Something doesn't add up. EWU is clearly the class of the conference, but they're only a 3.5-pt betting favorite against MSU tonight. Yes, Vegas does get some lines wrong but they are eerily accurate more often than not when it comes to basketball.
One thing we do know is that if MSU is to win this game they need to be up by at least 15 points with 2:00 left to play.

This feels like a nod of respect toward the cats. Although, in my mind I had it at -4.5 - so I was close. The Cats are a scrappy bunch that has been playing well lately.

Looks like the Cats came out in a 3-2 zone. Looks to be fairly effective so far. I don't know how we're going to limit their points in the paint. Jones already has two dunks. Eek.

It’s a good thing Wash never got off the bus because Cats are still in their dens sleeping. This is terrible basketball so far. Lazy fouls, settling for jump shots. Cats need to unhitch the wagon and take advantage of a sleeping Eagle team.

Griz struggling so far in Missoula vs. Idaho. This league is tightening up with parity as we start the month of February.

Eastern has a plethora of long, lean, and athletic players..
I've seen a couple bigger guys just agile and competent with the ball handling.

Yes this is a rumble,tumble kind of game and we are king of the hill so far.
