Tune in to Keaton's call on YouTube...he has a little boy sitting next to him with a headset on. It's adorable! :D

Looks like the game is on the Big 10 Network on YouTubeTV. I thought it was just Big 10+ which is a streaming service. So wasn't planning on watching, but now I guess I will. Go Cats...Bob that is.

Our starting lineup is a terrible rebounding lineup. Once Lecholat and Goracke were inserted we stopped giving up so many offensive rebounds. Good start up 17-14.

I’m glad someone else noticed this too. Cats were down 4-12 on the glass before those 2 came in. 7:47 left it’s back to 10-14 on the glass and Lecholat has 4 rebounds (3 O Boards)

Up by 5 at the half. Announcers said we haven't beaten a Big 10 team since 1931? Is that right?

The first half is over and this is THE STANDARD for how this team should play every game this year! Playing solid defense, playing hard, moving the ball effectively, and taking quality shots at the rim and beyond the arc. I will say rebounding is still and will continue to be an issue but this is how every game should look for the rest of the season!

Up 5 at the half! How the heck did we lose to Denver???
Kolly with a huge dunk on an inbound alley-oop from Mullins. Very Jon Olmstead-esq. I really like his size and athleticism inside-even against Big 10 bigs he's doing pretty good.

Walker is probably our best offensive player but when he’s in there it feels like our offense gets stagnant.

We've got more dunks than them anyway

Mullins 3. Tied under a minute. Their ball though.

Cats do what Cats do. So very very close but typical result. I don't know why I get my hopes up every year. Oh well, bring on conference.

We lose 72-69. Walker is not good in the clutch-same as he wasn't against Grambling last season. Good effort. Team has a little ways to go, but should be pretty good in the Big Sky. Non-conference doesn't matter...

So if we've learned anything so far this season it's that the Cats would be a pretty good Big Ten team but aren't much good against anyone else.

1-4. Conference matters but so do non conference games when it comes to seeding if they win the Big Sky tourney. They need to win some games and not just against NW Indian college.

Coach Logie was emotional in the postgame. The guy is intense and committed. He wanted this one bad, and said there were a lot of hurting guys in the locker room. It's November, we'll be okay. Last year at this time we were losing to Rocky.

Agree it gets stagnant. Don't agree he is best offensive player. Has one move, back em down and spin. Must have had 4 or 5 key turnovers where lowers his head and off man came down and just took ball away. His last clinched the game for Northwestern. Spun right into the d on a smaller guy. CNt jump to finish over anyone.
Is Goracke hurt or just a defensive liability. He and Patterson didn't play much, Zephyr wasn't in after he got hit in head.

Announcer said he watched film and Cats played horrible vs Denver

Games like this come down to the small things. Untimely turn overs and fewer offensive rebounds for Northwestern and we win! Despite Walker and Max being dbl digit scorers, they lack the effort under the defensive glass. Obviously Max is a much better player than BW and I hope continues to get better. Jed, Sam, and Kolly are super solid and will only get better!

Goracke, Patterson, and McMahon didn't play much.
