Should be a fun game today and whichever team wins will already be the lone remaining undefeated team in Big Sky play. I can easily see these two teams ending first and second in the Big Sky, Idaho's Brazilian head coach has done a really nice job stacking the roster with quality international players. Go Cats!

Yep, this has the makings for an interesting watch. Hope the bench players pick it up more than the last game.

Good crowd in the Brick. At least 2K.

Great start for the Cats, up 29-17 after one. Would be more if not for six missed free throws. Very physical game!

I’m listening to radio broadcast. Really pleasing start. The score was 40-22 a moment ago. Just got to hope the Bobcats maintain this impressive lead. 13-21 from the field… a rare good shooting display!

Wow, Jamison beats the buzzer at halftime and the Cats are up 53-35. They only scored 57 in all of regulation on Thursday. The Cats already have 30 bench points after having just 4 against EWU.

Bench outscoring the starters 30 to 23. Great sign!

Great games so far by Erickson and Bailey although the latter could improve on the free throw shooting a tad! The starters will definitely be fresh for the second half, I'm sure Coach Binford has a lot more flexibility with the rotation when she has the big lead versus on Thursday when they were behind all game.

If this team can settle into regular offensive production somewhere in between Thursday's and today's, they're gonna be tough to beat the rest of the way.

99-66 is the final as Couture can't hit her last FT for 100. Great game, hard to believe that's the same team I watched on Thursday!

Captain Obvious says Taylee Chirrick is a very very good basketball player. Front runner for conference MVP!

I think Taylee will be like the jockey riding Secretariat in the 1973 Belmont Stakes. Toward the end of the conference schedule, she'll be looking back over her shoulder to see where the other contestants are in the race. Secretariat won the Belmont by 32 lengths and in a time that hasn't been touched in 52 years. Taylee will do the same. What a motor combined with athletic ability.

They really played great today after it looked like they were slumping a bit. Idaho should have been the tougher team on this homestand. All alone in first place already!

I'm happy we had a Bobcat game in January that didn't have to go to overtime to win! Nice job Ladies!

Eastern Washington came back down to earth today and barely beat the griz. And went 3-17 on threes.

Coach Binford confirmed Heidi Smith is out for the season. Disappointing news, and, therefore, all the more important that the bench continues to step up like they did today. Partly due to injuries, the bench lacks a bit of depth and is very young, but will only get better with experience and confidence. The Idaho game will have helped in that regard.

Definitely disappointing but hopefully Dylan and Brooke can return soon which will both be huge additions. MSU has really good depth as it is, Teagan Erickson is a great player who would be a starter for most teams and the true freshmen are getting better and better every game as the season goes on. They still play a little hesitantly at times but you can see the confidence building game by game as they get more game experience. Yesterday it was really hard to detect a drop-off when Coach Binford took out the starters and brought in the second team.
