Duncan Hamilton from MSU finished 110th at nationals in the 10k, somewhere in the middle of the pack. Nice showing for him, though I think his time was probably disappointing for him.
NAU won the men's championship for the 4th time in 5 years. That's a crazy run they're on. NAU women finished 11th, and they have a couple Montana girls running for them: Bryn Morley from Bigfork was 93rd overall and Pipi Eitel from Bozeman finished 195th. Christina Aragon from Billings Senior is at Stanford and finished 88th. I'm sure I'm missing somebody else, but that's a pretty good showing for Montana kids!
On them men's side Aidan Reed from Helena (runs for SUU) finished 88th, and Marshall Beaty from Missoula (runs for Army) finished 159th.
Some good distance running talent out of Montana!

Re: Cross Country Nationals
Thanks for the recap.
I didn't realize Pipi Eitel, daughter of longtime MSU T&F coach Tom Eitel, was on NAU's squad. They truly are a national, distance program powerhouse. They make the entire Big Sky conference better. Everyone else either keeps up or gets embarrassed.
