I read that gun didn't activate the clock. But seems like all runners went thru finish line. You know winner.

From winner to 7th is 8 points, plus it would have pushed everyone else down a level. So a minimum of 9 points.

Re: Indoor T&F Conference Championships
I caught the very end of the meet, with sporadic audio....while trying to secretly watch at my kids indoor lacrosse game. Going into the final event (4x400 relay) ESPN showed a graphic of the women's team scores. Bobcats were in 2nd with the 2 thru 5 very tightly bunched. Then I thought I heard them say that MSU was a scratch in the relay race. One heat did seam to be one team short.
Without us fielding a team...both Idaho and Idaho State lept us in the team standings taking the Cats from 2nd to 4th.
My question is....did I hear/see that correctly? Any idea why we did not trot out 4 ladies to at least make a run at some points?
It appears long sprint/middle distance was a weak spot for us on this year's squad.
200 m: 3 Cats 6th, 13th and 15th out of 23
400 m: 1 Cat 11th out of 21
800 m: 1 Cat 12th out of 12
Could be that fielding a 4x400 team would not have changed much....we would have still finished out of the points.
