My name is Blaine Pederson, and I am the team recruitment chair for MSU's Relay for Life. Relay for Life is an all night event that is a prime fundraiser for the American Cancer Society. This year it will be held on April 17th in the fieldhouse. This year is the 25th anniversary-nation wide of Relay, and the 5th annual at MSU. The theme for this years even is Celebrate, Remember, Fight Back.
Celebrate those that have survived this terrible disease
Remember those that have lost their struggle
Fight back to give us all a fighting chance to beat Cancer

Donations can be made directly online, and Luminarias can also be purchased. Luminarias are purchased in honor of someone, and a bag will be made with their name on it and a light placed inside for the event. Their name will also be read at the event. Either one of these ways are great ways to contribute.
Business Owners
You can help too! Any thing from a business would help greatly, whether it be a gift card, merchandise, apperal, or just a monetary donation. If you are a business owner your business will be publicly thanked and listed in the paper. If any of you are interested in this area please PM me and I can get you the proper forms for the businesses.
