The men set the tone for the day in the Hammer. Phillips uncorking that throw totally fired up the whole team. Matt's performance in the Steeple was just plain awesome. Every lap he just kept climbing the mountain and dang near won. That race was nothing but pain.

Congrats to Elie - 8 conference championships is amazing. From where I was watching, she had the whole crowd behind her.

Good luck today. I think we'll see some more great performances. The weather will again be near perfect in the afternoon.
