Women finished 2nd and the men 3rd. Demorest and Soratos named most valuable athletes. The women took 2nd in both championships by a total of 5.5 pts.

Well, it
is a BSC record:..now @ 3:43.97 Last years' (2014) NCAA Div. I champion in the 1500 meter run was Mac Fleet, out of Oregon, with a time of: 3:39.09

Ya, first nationally in the mile for most of the indoor year and an eventual second place finish let alone setting BSC record in 1500 is pretty common.
So much so I bet there are tons of giz track and field that have placed second or above at the national meet.
