Mansion in Wapiti with MSU link

The Smith Mansion near Wapiti Wyoming (between Cody and the East Gate of Yellowstone park) is featured in this Casper Star Tribune story:

Sunny Smith Larsen (the architects daughter and current owner of the mansion) is in the process of trying to preserve the mansion and is in the process of attempting to create a non-profit organization.

The Architect, Lee Smith, http://www.smithmansion.org/the-artist/ was a graduate of the Montana State University School of Architecture.

Sunny is seeking any kind of help, advise, or assistance that might be available through the University, especially the School of Architecture, on how to proceed with this massive project.

Sunny and her family are friends of mine and I would be most grateful for any comments or suggestions that any could provide.
