99 Grad in Biomedical Science/Chem minor. I too married an MSU Grad (She's a 2001 Accounting/PhyEd) and have a 2 1/2 year old son, also another little one due Jan 19th. We find out the sex of the baby this Thurs 9/7. I Didnt make it into medical school, but I do have 2 other jobs. One is a full time job in a lab on "graveyards", the other one is a part time exotic dancer for high-end client parties in the evening.

Yeah, it's a family thing with us as well. I attended MSU as did my wife, my wife's parents, my sister and her husband. My father was recruited to play basketball there, but opted for the Navy instead. Needless the say, he is still grateful for their offer and remains a huge Bobcat fan!Coyote77 wrote:I graduated in 1981 in Business marketing

Actually didn't technically graduate from MSU, went 3 years from 1995-1998, math major. Transferred to MSU-Northern (Go Lights just doesn't sound as good as Go Bobcats!) b/c they had the only college wrestling program in the state, and I for some reason, still needed to compete instead of just coach (at Bozeman High). Graduated in 2001 with a math ed/phys ed degree. But my blood still runs blue and gold.

I graduated in '80 as a Fish and Wildlife Mgmt guy. Vikeking I was a bouncer at the George in the "disco" days and probably had to hawl you out.
Fish and Wildlife Mgmt properly prepared me for life as a pastor and the bouncer role prepared me to deal with unruly congregants
Have lived in Seattle and am now living in Great Falls preparing to move to Budapest Hungary in the next few months.
Have a wonderful wife of 25 years and three children all old enough to live out of the house so now we're empty nesting and liking it. Have been and will always be a loyal follower of the Bobcats.

Thanks liquid360 for your prayers. We will be doing both the planting of a church in Budapest and developing a training center for others to come be trained at for the purpose of serving the nation of Hungary and the Balkan's as a whole. Should be a very humbling but exciting challenge to be sure. But we are looking forward to it.liqud360 wrote:My Great-Grandparents came here from Hungary, I wish you well. Are you starting a church there, or mission work? I will include you and your family in my prayers.
We will raise a bowl of goolash to all in Bobcat land once there!

My sister spent two years in Hungary teaching English. I think the name of the town was Saraspotak (or something like that). She loved it, and goes back to visit every now and then.catsrback76 wrote:Thanks liquid360 for your prayers. 1982 Grad in Ag Business. Been working in the banking field ever since. I'm an uncle to BareChest's wife, so I guess that makes him my nephew-in-law. Also a Stanford native, and made my home in Glasgow. (Isn't that a coincidence?) Two kids. My son is a 6'2" 220# freshman. Just starting highschool football.barechestcat wrote:'96 graduate in broadfield science secondary education. I came to MSU for graduate studies in Wildlife Management; that lasted for about a semester.
I met my wife at the R Bar (she's a '95 grad in Elem. Ed). We now live in Bozeman where she works as a fourth grade teacher and I'm self employed as a mortgage originator.
We have three children ages 9,5,4.
We both gave up potential careers out of state in order to stay in Montana (Bozeman specifically). We are both originally from Montana (third generation at least); my wife from Stanford and me from Glasgow.

I missed this post back in September. NO, I never was escorted out of any of the bars, I was a lover not a fighter! I am sure you carded me about 20,000 times though. Hope you have the internet in Hungary, say Hi to the Gabor granddaughters for me!catsrback76 wrote:I graduated in '80 as a Fish and Wildlife Mgmt guy. No kids, just furry beasts of the dog and cat variety. They probably won't go to college, as we have enough difficulty keeping them from crapping in the house. They are, however, huge MSU fans and the dog has a griz toy that he chews on, buries and abuses in other great ways (use your imagination).
Currently residing Charlotte, NC. Try to make it back home (Butte/Bozeman) as often as I can and hope to catch at least 2 MSU home games in 2007. Travelling the South and getting spoiled by all the ridiculous college football (nothing quite like 100k+ in Knoxville). Definitely miss home, just not the below zero part...
