Our Bozeman condo is now on the market (never got to use it myself, and managing tenants from afar was no fun), so if anybody is looking for a nice condo priced at a HUGE discount over it's showroom floor price, just let me know.

It had its first showing yesterday, and we got an offer on it right away ... but it appears to be the kind of offer people make when they hope the seller is desperate ... which I'm not.

Nobody asked me about the horses -- I am outraged!

If the horse is an indoor horse, I think it would be just fine.

My dog Bob has been called a horse and we need a place to stay for 9 nights in Sept. I will write a glowing review of the place to help market it. I just need the keys!!!

Just saw this ... sorry, we decided to pull it off the market and rented it out again, and we have a group of renters in place already.

And I'm not just saying this because I want to see you and the horse homeless ... I promise!
