Your right I'm looking at it again right now and the $109 is per ticket, when I looked at it last night I only looked at the front page and it says quanty 2 for $109. I thought that ment for both tickets until I clicked on it, weird set up. Sorry.

show up on the walking bridge before the game and there will be tons of people selling theirs. And the closer to game time generally the lower the price.

If that's the case; I'm in for that deal.

Just wait until 5 minutes into the game. When the score at that point is 28-0 Cats, they will probably let you in for free.

^ this is always true, and it will be even easier this year. These should be face value for pretty much the whole morning and start dropping after kickoff. If somebody is asking for a premium just offer face value and keep walking to the next guy.

I want a TON of Bobcats littered all over the place on Saturday. Come on everyone!! =D^

I agree I want a lot of bobcats there on Saturday, my group will be seven strong, but I think some people are under estimating the griz and their fan base. As much as I hate them it is totally unrealistic to think their fans won't show up for the game. They will be there folks, even if their record isn't that good. Some on here are getting carried away with the idea we are easily gonna dominate. This game will be a battle and to think the griz and their fans won't give us their best shot would be unrealistic. Call me a deby downer but nothing is a sure bet for this game, not even cheap tickets.

I think you're touching on a couple different things there... Yes this will be a very competitive game. There will be more fuzz ball fans in the stands than we've ever had in our stadium at the same time, and they will be as loud as they possibly can. But...I've never in close to 25 years of going to this game have had it this incredibly easy to find tickets for a game in Missoula. I've already placed 11 friends and family at face value and the week is still early. I'm hoping to get the rest of my Cat friends tickets and still have a few to post on here. In my experience in every single Cat/grizz, no matter what the circumstances, there are people selling tickets on the bridge. The only unknown at this point is price, but the only real risk there is whether or not you get to see the kickoff. I don't want people that really want to come to this game and can't find a ticket for some reason to not come because they don't think they can get in the game.

We are looking for 1 ticket, anywhere in the stadium. Willing to pay, but the lowest on Stub Hub is $90. Is that the lowest?

I haven't been watching Stubhub at all so I don't have a good feel. Typcially the tickets that are posted and stay posted are way over priced and the competitive tickets go right away and most people don't even see them. That's the game. $90 doesn't seem too unreasonable if you don't like playing the game. Most years that would be a good buy. If it were me I would use the "Price Alert" tool and wait it out for a few more days.

Thank you ABQCat! We will take your advice. Right now we have a very disappointed 5 year old that doesn't understand why he has gotten to see big brother play at other games, but not this one. It is definately worth more than $90, but the pocket book is hoping to do better! :)

A Historic Season (Sellout?)
by havgrizfan » Tue Nov 13, 2012 6:25 pm

A lot of firsts for the Montana Grizzlies this season. Not very many good ones. But here's one that shocked me. My wife took a flyer today and called Griz-Tix, as we needed one more ticket and weren't having any luck elsewhere as I wasn't looking to overpay for one more. Astonishingly, she was able to purchase one and was told there were about 40 unclaimed single seats left. All season ticket holders. She was also told there was well over 100 student tickets left. Those numbers seem small, yes, but I doubt there has EVER been a Griz-Cat game in what I call the Modern Era which is 1990 and on, that student-tix didn't sell out. I know they do it differently now with the lottery and all, but still, that's just crazy to me. From 1993-1996 I stood in line overnight, at least 8 hours for Griz-Cat tix.

So, at least as of 1 p.m. today, you could call and still purchase single seats if anyone is still wanting to go to the game and thinking they wouldn't be able to. Also, I see there are still 59 tickets available on stub-hub and plenty on Craigs.

This isn't that shocking actually. In 2010 I called the Griz ticket office 3 weeks before the game and bought 4 seats together in the north end zone. You never know what you'll find when you call a ticket office.
