That is a huge deck! Of course that price is a Bozeman price; not one of those good old fashioned Eastern Montana prices I have grown accustom to. :wink:

Sound like a great house. But isn't it sad that in bozeman a "starter- home" is $258k.

While I agree and often think the same thing, this kind of statement has got to be absolutely hilarious to people in some other locations. Hey BAC, what's a starter home like this going for in your neck of the woods these days?

This is fairly typical ... although one BR places can be found in the low 400s in less desirable 'hoods.

In terms of true "starter" places in Bozeman, I know that there are some really nice condos available in the upper 100s, so I guess there is some subjectivity about the term "starter." But it does sound like the notion of a house with a yard is becoming more of a 200K and higher sort of thing up there.
