Ivy League vs. Public Schools

Post by SonomaCat » Fri Jan 14, 2005 2:05 pm

This article doesn't really have a firm conclusion itself, but the underlying stats are interesting -- public universities are becoming a larger part of the upper crust of corporate America. I have to see that as a positive.

It is interesting to talk and interact with people from the Ivies or Stanford-type schools. Many are brilliant, but a lot of them are nothing special. They just paid a lot more for their degrees.
