Where do journalist come from
I recall shortly after Brian was sworn in by Karla Gray, an interviewer was somewhat perplexed that our new gov felt his office was pretty well decorated when all he had was a statue of a Bobcat, his rifle in a corner and his desk and walls were pretty much empty. My wife read the article to me and said something to the effect that all of us MSU grads are evidently the same
Told her I need a new gun cabinet for my birthday

Maybe all of his good clothes were in the wash? I think we are all caught from time to time wearing stuff that's not becoming, but we just shrug our shoulders and say "Must be time to do some laundry," and everybody understands.Re/Max Griz wrote:Your Bobcat governor spent most of his December Saturdays in Missoula wearing maroon and silver, cheering for the Griz too.
Yeah, he's an MSU grad, but at least he knows where to go to watch playoff football!![]()

Yeah, the same Bobcat GOV that made a real jackarse out of himself by asking the Pentagon/Whitehouse to release a Montana National Guard soldiers from Iraq/Afghanistan to come home to fight wildfires. UUhhhaaa, Dude, they are Code of Federal Regualtion TITLE 10 (Federal) now NOT Code of Federal Regualtion TITLE 32 (State) right now, i.e. the soldiers are under control of the U.S. Congress and U.S. President , DUMBARSE!! I hope it was a griz grad who gave you that advise DUMBARSE!! Even the radical leftist rebals on CNN and NPR understood the difference. What a flippin' idiot!! Wher the hell is Judy the griz when you need her??

If you see the walking LIE-INFRACTOR, please ask him if he plans to govern the way he does personal business....smoke and mirrors baby!
My brother ranches in Broadus and a couple of years ago he couldn't find hay to feed anywhere until he made a deal with Brian "The Man"... long story short... he day the hay was supposed to be delivered, The Man found someone willing to pay a higher price and diverted the delivery elsewhere!
Just ask any business person how they feel about someone who backpeddles all over their word...

Yeah, he'll sell his hay to the highest bidder and buy his trucks from the lowest, even if said seller resides over in Post Falls...SenorWeezer wrote:If you see the walking LIE-INFRACTOR, please ask him if he plans to govern the way he does personal business....smoke and mirrors baby!

Just for the record, that isn't always a bad thing, but it is definitely a bad thing when you are running for governor and basing your platform on Montana's poor economy.

What a stupid comment. He wasnt demanding, but making a formal request. Why? Because we need help!!!! Living in Western Montana my whole life (esp. the last 4 years) there is a MASSIVE need for firefighters/national gaurd/volunteers when the wildfires get bad. He was/is working to protect the people in the state of Montana. Is that such a bad thing?SteelheadBum wrote:Yeah, the same Bobcat GOV that made a real jackarse out of himself by asking the Pentagon/Whitehouse to release a Montana National Guard soldiers from Iraq/Afghanistan to come home to fight wildfires. Most of the northwest is very dry this year. So if things get ugly we might not be able to get as many firefighters and reserves from other states.

1) National Guard soldigers serve both the state and the United States, that is why if one wants to join and is not exmillitary you have to go through basic training somewhere not in montana
2) Knowing #1 Gov. Sweitzer made a jackass out of himself for even asking, i guess it is kind of a informal way of trying to get troops out of iraq.
3) THANK GOD JUDY MATZ IS NO LONGER GOVENOR! good lady but does not know when to keep her mouth shut
and finally before this lasts all night long
4) is it just me or does it seem like gov. sweitzer needs some tact questions. I have seen it when he was running for burn's job and i see it now.
This space for rent....
