One solution would be to find another business that will let you use there conference room and maybe an office when you need to for little or no charge. That way you can use the office when you meet with clients. We opened our largest design center in the Bay area and since we did not need a large office in Minneapolis we closed it down and we all work out of our homes. A local advertising company gave us free use of an office and conference room in a very upscale building with the hope that some of our customers would walk through and have advertising needs. They even made a sign and put it out front next to theirs.
