Chester, not a good link.

BG, those are local convicts. They helped out by choice, cannot be made to do that kind of work. And they got allocated breaks, we all had to break because you need a minimum number of people to run those sandbag "spiders". The nerves are much better this year, not nearly as much worry as last year. The crest is predicted about 2+ feet lower and we started preparing a lot sooner. We've actually had a lot of fun in the sandbag lines, and sandbagging in the sun is MUCH nicer than rain and snow.
