I know the stereotype of housewife watching Oprah, but this was bizarre, so i spent a few minutes watching it and am now completely dismayed.
anyone heard of transgender mates staying married? this couple did, and I'm confused why.

I know they "love" each other, but that's just wrong. at some point you are going to want some sex, unless your hormones no longer function, it is reality. the wife claims she is not a lesbian, but the guy no longer has a penis. are you going to stay in a relationship a never have that physical comfort again? if you can go eternity without that more power to you, I can't.

i must be too judgemental, but to ME this was very odd, and dysfunctional.

guess i come across bitchy and unfeeling. feel bad for the he/she in the story. but don't understand why you would keep the "marriage" intact. you can be friends, roommates, even carpool buddies, BUT why would you stay "married". that's the part where i went, huh?
