This is the best Coaches letter to Parents I have ever read. It's written by Mike Matheny, now the coach of the St Louis Cardinals but was a Little League Coach right after his playing career was done.
This is a must read for every Coach and every Parent of a Young Athlete.

Great letter...........but..........the sad part is he even needs to explain himself.


Cant find fault in anything he wrote. Well thought out and thorough.
