Moderating comments

This guy seems to have roughly (although not identically) the same philosophy on moderating that this site has taken over the years. Although it sounds like he spends a lot more time doing it than we do ... primarily because the posters on this site tend to be good people who want to bring out the best in each conversation (thank you for that, by the way!).
