Thunderbolt & Lightfoot

I watched most of Thunderbolt & Lightfoot last night on Encore. For you that don't know it was filmed in the Great Falls area in about 1974. I grew up in Great Falls and spent some of my young adult life there before I went to MSU. It brought back a lot of memories of Great Falls in the 70's. The old Paris store that became the Bon Marche, the 10th Ave Drive In, Bairs Truck Stop and the Frosty Ice Cream trucks/carts that served us ice cream on those hot summer days. I was downtown the evening that they shot the big scene where the car crashed into the Paris store and remember an actor named Clint Eastwood getting out of a car. Boy did the ladies go nuts. I remember wondering, what is the big deal about this guy (I was 12 at the time)? Anyways I think it is a fun movie to watch.
