is this still necessary to do when they are elderly and frail. As horrid as Nazi affiliation is, we as a society allow and even endorse the son of a Known NAZI to be CA gov . Seems this is rather pointless now. We have many worse criminals here in the states and we don't kick them out, we give them probation and pay them welfare.

Judge orders deportation of Demjanjuk

December 28, 2005

CLEVELAND-- An immigration judge Wednesday ordered John Demjanjuk, a retired autoworker accused of being a Nazi concentration camp guard, deported to his native Ukraine.

Demjanjuk, 85, has been fighting for nearly 30 years to stay in this country.

Chief U.S. Immigration Judge Michael Creppy ruled that there was no evidence to substantiate Demjanjuk's claim that he would be tortured if deported to his homeland.

Demjanjuk can appeal the ruling to the Board of Immigration Appeals within 30 days.

Demjanjuk lost his U.S. citizenship after a judge ruled in 2002 that documents from World War II prove he was a Nazi guard at various death or forced labor camps.

His attorney had argued at a hearing last month that sending Demjanjuk back to Ukraine would be like throwing him "into a shark tank."

ya, i saw this on cnn tonight, and i'm not going to lie, i couldn't help but laugh. you read the huge subtitle on the bottom of the screen, "NAZI TO BE DEPORTED", then you look at the video and the dude is 100! he couldn't walk without assistance. ya, these are the guys that need to be deported. he can't go to the bathroom by himself, but he could be up to no good. as far as i'm concerned with this guy and others....we're half a generation too late!
