Did spring conditioning kick off this week? Any updates?

Pitchers and catchers reported last week and position players are coming in this week.......Hoping for a great season for the Twins!

Interesting this was moved to the Hangout.

I think the question was about the Cat's Spring Conditioning for Football. (The title might have been off with Spring Training, but the rerequest was about conditioning). Which actually started last week with Lifting a couple days a week and running a couple of days (I believe Tuesday and Thursdays).

Would be interesting if there was any new on this, and moved back to the Cat Football area?

I don't know if this thread was moved (I didn't do it), but rather than parsing the thread at this point (since it is mixed material), starting a new thread about Spring Football on the Bobcat Board might be the easiest route.

I had moved it this morning. My initial reaction when I saw the title was that it was about Baseball, and with vike_king's response I figured that was correct so I moved it. Spring Training to me is baseball, and there wasn't anything specific enough in the post to make me really think otherwise, sorry.

I was confused to, just I like football the most and read football into everything Cat wise at least.

And I just happened to know they started Spring Conditioning last week.

My bad! Yes, this thread was for Football, sorry for the confusion! Interested to hear who is doing what, and if there are any changes in the strength program. Seemed we had alot of injuries last year that raised questions in the strength program.
