My wife and I kind of met twice.

The first meeting was at the R Bar on a Saturday night. I evidentally had been having a very good time that evening :P (even though alcohol doesn't effect me). Apparently I was walking by her as she sat on the pool tables. I stopped and told her that we were going down the street to another bar and asked her if she wanted to come along. Well, as MERRY as I was, she hadn't been drinking that night. She politely tole me "no thanks". I said ok, and reached over and kissed her as I said good bye and left. Regardless, I didn't remember any of this the next day.

MEETING TWO:
The next Thursday, my buddies and I went out on the town again. This time, I decided to be the designated driver and was not drinking. We ended up at the CatsPaw. Shortly after we arrived this drunken gal came running up to me telling me that I was the guy who kissed her out of the blue the Saturday before. After a few embarassing moments, we began to talk, dance, etc. I drove her and her friends home that night and ended up sleeping on her couch (no hanky panky I swear to G*D).

Twelve years later, three kids and the rest is history :) :) :)

I loved Hipshots :D :D :D They had the best chicken. And, that hamburger they made was absolutely huge :!: :!: :!:

so do i have to thank george for the kids too?
My wife and I knew Booker pretty darn well (my wife more then I). He was such a great guy. Any news on him? We ran into him in Costco probably two years ago; seemed to be doing well.

I met my current sweatheart at a party the weekend before my last semester of college. She was a freshman, and had caught my eye a couple of times that night. I knew her roommate, who was the little sister of a friend of mine. Well, the friend needed my advice on something and took me outside. The other girl came along too, as she didn't really know anyone else at the party. After giving out what little advice I could in my current state, the friend said she had to leave and that we (the roommate and I) should make out. We went our separate ways, until about a week later, when she called me out of the blue to hang out. We have now been together for almost 18 months.

I've never liked Valentine's Day. It just reminds me every year of how everybody else seems to have a girlfriend. Of course, I've always figured that the best way to avoid that is to wear Bobcat Blue, which I'm doing today.

sorry last time I saw Booker he was asst coach for Cal Poly. players were walking off the field and he caught me squeezing Ali Abrew (cal Poly QB) came over to give me a little Hell for it, and when the 3 of us talked we had a good laugh. Teased Ali that Brian had him by at least a 100 pounds so he better keep his hands above my waist

-sidenote- BEST way to get MSU FB players to give you sh*t for a month is hug your childhood friend after a game they just lost

So your saying that wearing a Bobcat shirt keeps the women away? That sounds about right

I always thought it was a Grizzly shirt that did that. I have no idea what keeps the women away from me, though. I'm not too bad looking and I have a lot of good character traits to offer. Oh well...

After hearing how bad it is to end a relationship on Valentines Day, I waited until the day after V-Day to end my relationship. I am not sure if this really changes anything but hopefully I didn't ruin someones future Valentine's Day experiences!

I was introduced to my 5'10" blonde at the DQ. She was eating lunch with a mutual friend, who invited me and a buddy to Fort Peck Lake for the afternoon. Still going strong after 22 years.

For what it's worth, my last serious relationship ended on Valentine's Day (two years ago...and it was a 4 1/2 year relationship), and it hasn't really affected my view of the holiday at all.

Of course, if the person you dumped bought you a much nicer gift for V-day than you bought them, then there might be some bitterness. :)
