I'm just busting your chops. I'm a huge anti InBev/AB guy so I do all I can to avoid their labels.grizband wrote:Goose Island maybe not on general, but Bourbon County definitely is craft. However, point taken.

Re: BEER
I have a La Tormenta Dry Hopped Sour In the beer fridge right now that seems really interesting. I'm sure I'll have a chance to crack it open sometime in the next two weeks.Common Cat wrote:I'm begging to like them more - at least I don't hate them any more.rtb wrote:I do! Re: BEER
Love the PB Stout at Belching Beaver, my wife and I stopped there last year after I had an Ironman in Oceanside. Fun little place to have a beer and they have a few other stouts that were also really good.JDoub wrote:Favorite Micros:

Re: BEER
They are big over here in Europe. Had a Cantillon from Brussels for NYE. I hope more MT micros start dabbling in the sours, I'm finding them to my liking. If you ever fix yourself in North Carolina, Wicked Weed makes some pretty amazing sours.Common Cat wrote:Anyone like sours ?

406 Brewing here in Bozeman just came out with a sour. I'm not a big fan of sours personally, but this is a great beerCommon Cat wrote:Anyone like sours ?

Gonna have to try more local sours- from what I've tried they are vastly different.Air Force Cat wrote:406 Brewing here in Bozeman just came out with a sour. I'm not a big fan of sours personally, but this is a great beerCommon Cat wrote:Anyone like sours ?

Re: BEER
I have never tried a sour but I have just found a new years resolution that I believe I can keep. Try a sour at each opportunity when visiting breweries this year.

Re: BEER
We've found a place here that carries Moose Drool (and Scape Goat IPA, but I'm not an IPA fan) It's like a little piece of heaven!! So I'll go with Moose drool since Aussie beers in general suck.
The same place also has a micro from Barossa Valley (Big wine country) that's a chocolate espresso stout that I really like.
Macro - Blue Moon or Fat Tire.
But mostly, just Shiraz. Give me all the shiraz!!!

That chocolate espress stout sounds good.. One of the stops into 10 Barrel at Bend I told then to surprise me and the server brought a coffee stout which was darn yummy.ChiOCat wrote:We've found a place here that carries Moose Drool (and Scape Goat IPA, but I'm not an IPA fan) It's like a little piece of heaven!! I haven't seen any but doesn't mean they aren't here. Had a solid sour at Perry Street Brewery last night. Delicious!!!BigBruceBaker wrote:Any chance you can get Trinity Brewing out of Colorado?
