This is scary

Post by mslacat » Fri Mar 25, 2005 10:32 am

We live in the United States so we must be tolerant to other peoples opinion and beliefs, but is still scary to see Aryan society / white separatist movement still having pockets of support through out the North West and else where. As a father of children this concerns me greatly, as I am sure it does many of you. As a man who has two Chinese children, two Hispanic nieces and three native American nephews, this scares me deep to the bone.

Wow that is really scary. Just being a new father I would homeschool my kid if there was someone like that on my school board.

I don't know what to think about this; I'd like to talk to my inner-self but my Assiniboine and Chippewa ancestors told me to not touch this  One of the kids said this sounds so Sioux...and I can't help but laugh! My wife was surprised years ago when the Blackfeet Sage, Leon Rattler, in his introduction to all new employees in Browning posed the question: "Who are the most prejudiced people in America?" Guess you would have had to have been there to understand the answer

After serving in the Army and teaching in Georgia's inner-city schools for well over 25 years, I think I can stand a fringe group here and there. It's what makes America great  Open dialogue. Who would you trust over a cup of coffee: Louis Farakaham or Jesse Jackson? Al Sharpton or Ben Nighthorse Cambell? I'd love to sit down with Louis, but as he's Muslim, he'd probably not appreciate my love for bacon and eggs along with my morning coffee  Could you imagine what he's say if he was able to smell a little of the morning after of a few too many beers?
