Let's open this can of worms and see where everyone stands!
This is just another example of too much government! Why is the government so concerned about our health and where do they get their information.?
1. Alcohol and Tobacco are legal. Why not steroids?
2. Most prescription drugs have side effects (many serious).
3. I have never seen a study documenting that steroids are dangerous in all cases.
4. Anything that you use in excess is dangerous. Too many aspirin are dangerous. Too much water can even be dangerous.
5. Why do we care what poeple put in their bodies. Again, it does not impare abilities like alcohol.
6. At the very least make it a perscription drug.
Bottom line: what are we so concerned about?

First off, isnt it already a prescription drug?? I know thats how a lot of big time bodybuilders get it, they get a doctor to make out a prescription for them that way its legal for them to use. And personally I think the only way they are harmful is if they are abused, just like any other drug. Alcohol is dangerous when it is abused, so is marijuana. Even cocaine can be used a few times without any major consequences. If we are going to ban steroids let look at other dangers that we should also ban, cigarettes probably kill more people each year then steroids ever have. Lets get our priorities straight.

APPPLES and ORANGES.
Steroids are inhancers of strength and performance. IE a way to CHEAT. Alcohol/tabacoo/Marijuana do nothing to benefit ones performance over anothers. Marijuana is not Illegal because those who smoke it before games play better then those who don't.
I am with the government on this one.

Absolutely True! Then fat loss pills must be cheating. Stimulants like caffine must be cheating. Pro-Hormones (still on the shelf) must be cheating. Where do you draw the line. And if you use it outside of any competition is it still cheating?BleedsBlue&Gold wrote:APPPLES and ORANGES.
