Fantasy Football Advice
So I'm really feeling the pressure this week. I have two teams in two different leagues, and both of them are in the semi-finals. It's crunch time, and I'm starting to 5th and 6th guess my lineups.
Since we have a forum full of football experts, I figure that you all would be a great resources to help me out. No points per catch...just yards rushing/receiving/return.
Okay, here are my questions.
WR:
Brandon Lloyd, Malcom Floyd, Percy Harvin, or Kenny Britt (Choose 2)
Dwayne Bowe or Marques Colston (Choose 1)
RB:
LeSean McCoy, Jonathan Stewart, Mike Tolbert, Ryan Torain, Ladanian Tomlinson (Choose 2)
QB:
Kitna or McNabb (Only if Aaron Rogers can't go)

take percy out of the equation. he might not even play and if he does it is going to be an outdoor game in the twin cities with temps below zero! combine that with the fact that it is unknown who'll be throwing te ball (could be patrick flipping ramsey) and he's not a wise choice.

Re: Fantasy Football Advice
The way I choose a close choice is who's hottest at the moment. I like the last 4 weeks, and factor in how hot the whole team is currently. Seem to have good luck with a team/player that's playing well down the stretch.
My yahoo league has had a "last 4 weeks" stat function which makes this really easy. Haven't needed to use it this fall, as my team has been kicking a$$ most every weekend....
Probably telling you what you already know, but you asked!

I have no idea who to start this week at RB.
LeSean McCoy
Steven Jackson
Darren McFadden
Felix Jones
Great players, good matchups, AHHHHH.

Re: Fantasy Football Advice
first question, why can you only start colston or bowe when you have a choice of 3wr from you list.
2) stewart and Mccoy.....the giants are better against the run than dallas (torain) but you never sit your studs for matchups

Re: Fantasy Football Advice
These are questions from two different teams. One team is loaded at running back, and the other is loaded at receiver. So on the receiver question, I'm already starting Roddy White, and Reggie Wayne, and have to choose the third between Bowe and Colston.catamaran wrote:first question, why can you only start colston or bowe when you have a choice of 3wr from you list.

For the WR's on my other team I tood the advice of WTG and Mash and benched Harvin, and then went out and got the hottest available receiver (Derrick Mason) from the past 4 weeks. So will be starting DeSean Jackson, Brandon Lloyd, and Derrick Mason.
As for the RB situation, I have made up my mind that I will definitely start McCoy (he's been on fire), but now I'm going back and forth between J. Stweart vs Arizona and M. Tolbert vs SF....I'm leaning towards Tolbert (for now).
Also, if Aaron Rogers can't go, I may be sunk, as I will probably end up playing Kitna unless I go get someone like David Garrard who has had some monster games.
