"Sober Friend"

Has anyone seen that commercial advocating "don't drink and drive", with a guy getting on his horse and riding down the middle of the street, presumably drunk off his butt?
Did a PSA really just advocate getting wasted and riding a horse home?

ya that one surprised me too. especially since i had a friend get a dui while on a BICYCLE! seems to me a horse would be even more dangerous operating while hammered! pretty funny though...

My experience is that you're really never sure if you are "operating" the horse or not. Now if the horse is hammered as well....
