just trying to get an idea if any of you have any that you really like for basic health, energy, weight loss, etc. i have used those gnc packs for men that are suppose to give you energy and help you lose weight and they didn't do much for me. because these things are so expensive i was curious if there is anything out there that you guys have had success with.
i'm not looking for a diet pill or anything like that although losing some pounds wouldn't hurt. any exercise i do is cardio with the exception of lifting some light weights so i'm not looking for anything to get me ripped either. i'm simply looking for a healthy, reliable source for gaining some energy, helping my workouts, and maybe allowing me to get better results in overall health....
thanks.

crickeys, you want a lot out of a pill, dont you!? Actually there a lot of possibilities most of which aren't available at the store. One exception is protein powder, which if used right can be real affective for weight loss and lean muscle growth. I haven't found too many multi-vits, that are that good to be honest, but there are some. Other suppliments can be used to target specific things without spending a fortune. send me a message and I'll try to headed in the right direction.

sounded that way huh?

actually, the protein powder could probably be good but i need to find one that doesn't make me wanna puke! truthfully, i'm mainly just looking for something to give me energy and enhance my workouts. the energy is key but if i were to benefit in other ways that would be great too. but for a guy that doesn't know a lot about this stuff walking into gnc can be a real goat show as well as way more expensive then it might need to be. i'll be happy to take any advice.

A lot of good stuff here...and they're a Montana company. They're especially popular with endurance athletes-but there's something for everyone.

Vitamin C. I have noticed a huge improvement since I started taking it. I was drinking that VitaWater Energy and really did notice I had more stamina when I was running. Since it's mostly vitamin C I started taking extra C, morning and night. Well above the RDA, but it's water soluble and won't build up in your body. Almost immediately my muscle soreness after lifting decreased. C is integral in cellular repair, so it makes sense. Plus I VERY RARELY get sick anymore. My kids either, they also take an extra dose daily.
Vitamin D. One of my best friends parents had thyroid cancer and the oncologist told them every person should take 4,000 mg daily. It's that important for anti-oxidant protection. I haven't really noticed a difference either way but I keep taking it because it's important for bone strength too.
I used to notice easier weight loss when I took acidophilus daily but since I cut down my gluten I don't need the acidophilus.
I know a lot of people that say taking a B complex improves their energy but I've never noticed a difference.
Oh, ETA Fish Oil. It helps so many things. Thins blood slightly so it's good for your heart. It promotes brain function. I started taking it because it helps joints and it good for runners knees. Just be sure you get the enteric coated ones so you don't burp up fish all day!

much appreciated chi. i've just been feeling more tired than usual lately and was looking for a little boost. i'm hoping it was just the holidays that has me worn out, but whatever it is has had me cutting my workouts short lately so i was needing some assistance. thanks again.

This will work, but can be risky.

I also like Vit-C, but heard too much can be damaging on the kidneys.
I figure if I'm going to damage my kidneys, it's not going to be from taking to many vitamins.

I've heard that Liquid Vemma is really good for you.

I think Clenbuterol is one of the best products for both weight loss and will give you energy.

Yes, keep taking those vitamins, eating healthy, and exercise. I need you healthy enough to keep working past some obscene age so you can pay for my Medicare and whatever other benefits I can wrangle from the government. Entitlements! Lets hear it for the younger generation!

So long as you're not concerned about "skin care" "oral hygeine" or "holding down a job", I find a good vitamin for weight loss and increased energy is Meth.

I use Pump Fuel and i have found it pretty amazing. Gives you a pretty good energy pump for a good 1.5-2 hour workout. I'm not using it for any weight loss personally, but a friend of mine is using it to get some extra work into his workouts and it is working pretty well for him. You can find it at GNC, and if they don't have it in they will order it in for you. Good Stuff!

That is funny. But contrary to popular opinion one can be pretty successful while on meth:
