Summer movies: Must See's? Must Avoid's?

Thus far all I've seen is Mr. & Mrs. Smith, Star Wars Episode III, and War of the Worlds.
Rating them 1 through 5 (5 being a must see):
Mr. & Mrs Smith: 4
Funny at times, action-packed, and Angelina (with Brad thrown in for your date!). Turn your brain off and enjoy. Final scene/line I thought was one of the best in years...
Star Wars: 3 if you're a Star Wars fanatic, 1 if you aren't.
Let's face it; if you've seen them all, you have to see the final(?) episode; if you haven't seen them, why start now? Personally, as a Star Wars (the original, episode 4) fanatic, the first 3 episodes were complete let-downs, although I will say episode 3 was better than both ep. 1 & 2. 3 was fairly entertaining and did "complete" all of the story lines properly, if not very interestingly. The final duel between Anakin & Obi Wan SUCKED, IMO, mainly because of the setting Lucas chose for it. That "volacano" planet was far too fake for my tastes. And as a devout Monty Python fan, after Obi Wan slices Anakin's legs off, the first thing that popped into my mind was that Skywalker would proclaim "It's only a flesh wound!" or "I've had worse!". I even let out a little chuckle at that point which totally confounded my 12 year old daughter, herself a fledgling Star Wars freak.
War of the Worlds: 4
I loved the beginning; the way the aliens "arrive" and start slaughtering humans. The alien craft that first emerges from underground was great simply because based on the previews, I simply had no way of knowing what to expect. I thought Tom Cruise did a great job with his part; he was completely believable as a single (and reluctant) father who really can't comprehend what's happening.
The one question I left the theater with, however, was why did the aliens arrive in "slaughter" mode in the cities and then switch to "harvest" mode once they got out into the country?
Overall, this movie is a VERY tense experience. I'm not sure why I didn't give it a 5 other than it didn't quite "blow me away" as much as I was hoping. Still a good flick for any sci-fi/action fans.
Anyone seen any other good films yet? Or any horrible ones? I missed Cinderella Man although I really wanted to see it - anyone else see it?
