Is Grizlaw becoming a Bobcat?

I have noticed that Grizlaw seems to spend quite a bit of time over here at the nation. I went on egriz and discovered that Grizlaw has posted 168 times on egriz in about 13 months and 182 posts on the nation in about 5 months. I would think that these statistics speak for themselves. Grizlaw enjoys the company of Bobcats over that of Grizzlies. I would like to be the first to welcome our new Bobcat brethren.

LOL.
I'll be honest; I enjoy the company of people from both schools equally, but I don't post on egriz much anymore because frankly, I am tired of reading all the crap from AZ/Wolfie (and Boise, although he doesn't post as often). It's too bad, because egriz is a great site that has been infected by a few bad posters, but I just don't have time to read through all the b/s anymore.
I browse the site for info on our team and respond to topics that interest me, but I've had all the "Should we join the WAC/does Bobby Hauck suck as a coach/Should we ban Wolfman/Wolfman responding by telling us that we're all idiots and if we disagree with him he'll find us and kill us" discussions I can handle for now. When the season starts, I imagine I'll start posting there more often, but right now, I'll stick with discussing politics with you guys.
And no, for anyone who hasn't figured it out by now, I am not AZ/Wolfman. I've actually been sparring with him since before egriz or this site ever existed (on the old UGMB board, back in about 2000 or 2001).

I think it's okay for GL to enjoy it here. Come Nov, we'll probably be in great falls, or missoula (if we can afford a home there) and i'll go back to school. Bobcat turned Griz just to advance my education. hope i don't offend anyone doing so. my heart is Blue and Gold, just no family to help out in Bozeman.

Actually, I used to post a ton on EGRIZ as well and I totally agree. Now it is just a 'my dad is better than your dad" contest on there of who is right and who is wrong. I hate wading through all the jibberish as well. Hopefully it will stop once the season begins and I enjoy posting over there as well.

I bet you are right, it probably will get worse. The only way it could get better is scensorship/banning but that will probably make it even worse as well. I'm so glad Bobcatnation hasn't turned into that. We have a really nice 'calm' to Bobcatnation I feel where everyone can express their opinion w/o being screamed at for disagreeing. That is what EGRIZ has become lately. Hopefuly that will change.

seems like they are trying to make changes but what usually happenes is that one poster, usually wolf/az/boise, says somthing that everyone disagrees with and with how some of them like to be disagreeable, start to pick on wolf, then the names start to fly. actually kinda entertaining in a jerry springer sorta way.

Too funny. It is exactly like Jerry Springer!

Although I do enjoy watching the griz fans "eat their young" over on egriz, I must add how much I enjoy the "Hangout" area here on the Nation. I find it very informative and thought-provoking. I sincerely enjoy my debates with the likes of 1aa, grizlaw, and of course, my own personal Dr. Evil, Bay Area Cat.
Have you ever looked at the non-athletic boards on egriz? I believe their most recent debate of any consequence asked the delicate & important moral question of when is a guy too old to hit on a coed?
Thank you all for your contributions; believe it or not, I personally think it helps keep us all a little sharper...
PS Meat, if you're out there, I just took another couple of steps out of my technological cave! This is my first post on my laptop via my wireless router. Cool stuff...

Although I chose not to respond over there, I must say that I concur with you here, GL.
Expecting a positive response at age 41 would be a sure sign of senility, but you can't blame me for trying...
