Woman Pleads Guilty to Having Sex Parties With Teen Boys

GOLDEN, Colo. — A woman who told police she wanted to be a "cool mom" pleaded guilty to sexual assault charges Monday for having sex with high school boys at parties where authorities said she supplied drugs and alcohol.

Silvia Johnson (search), 40, pleaded guilty to two misdemeanor counts of sexual assault and nine felony counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. As part of a plea agreement, prosecutors dropped two counts of distribution of methamphetamine (search).

"She described herself as a 'cool mom,'" Detective R.J. Vander Veen wrote in the affidavit. He said Johnson told investigators "she was never popular with classmates in high school and now began 'feeling like one of the group.'"

Prosecutors did not recommend a sentence, but each sexual assault count carries up to four years in prison, and each count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor carries up to nine years, district attorney's spokeswoman Pam Russell said.

Johnson, who is free on bail, held parties for the boys almost weekly between October 2003 and October 2004, authorities said. She was accused of providing drugs and alcohol to eight boys and having sex with five of them.

Police said the investigation began after one of the boys told his mother about the encounters, and she reported it to authorities.

Bet this dork is pretty popular right now. Just a guess, but is there any doubt he was one of the 3 she wasn't having sex with (probably what he was complaining to mom about in the first place, asking mommy to make here have sex with him too.

I just can't get over feeling bad for the children. This event will scar them for the rest of their lives. I just hope that, in time, they can put this behind them and they can go back to living happy lives of normal high school boys.

hey, I may not be "cool" in that I don't screw my sons friends (Ben is only 6), but I do work hard to TRY and stay somewhat MILF status. it's nice when younger men (anyone under 31 to me) admire your figure, BUT I don't want to screw them! besides, who wants to have to train some wet behind the ears pup anyway? it's hard enough to retrain the ones we already have.

this woman is crazy, but she'll be popular in any jail, because she puts out. really a sick person.

its not just the sex, she also was a supplier of Pot and meth to those kids, who ranged from 12 to 17. did not have to be like mj to mess up those kids, she already did by trying to supply them with a highly addictive drug *meth*

True HB. I wasn't downplaying the drug aspect. Meth especially, is bad stuff. The sex part though is a different story. In fact I think I may have had that fantasy in highschool. Of course mine only happened in my mind.

you are assuming the woman looks like Britney Spears, I haven't seen her. however, they didn't describe her as "hot", just that she wanted to be "cool". question - don't men just want sex? doesn't necessarily mean that the woman is good looking, just he wants to get laid. I know that is a sexist assumption , some gals still look at men and think "he'd be fun in bed" too.

HB - so i guess women get better treatment than men. actaully there are some really hot daddy's out there. As a teen girl there were some hot ones, and now that i'm a mom, I still find some daddy's "hot".

does that mean we(females) are more simple minded? that it's easier to take advantage of us? because if you don't remember being that age, it doesn't take drinking and drugs to get guys into bed. actually, it doesn't take much at all, may be a simple "wanna do it?"

i think it's terrible and she should go to jail, but I'm not worried about teen boys being traumatized from sex with an older woman. i do think they'll be messed up from the drugs.

I saw a picture of her on the news last night - not at all what my fantasy girls looked like. Oh well, back to the fantasy world, things are safer and always work out well there.
