I'm going to Bozeman next month and am planning to do a guided fishing trip. Was just wondering if anyone has any recommendations on which shop to book with. This will be the first time I've had a guide in Bozeman.
Thanks.

Maybe this is to far away, but I've used Beardsley Outfitters, Ennis on fishing trips. They have been really good working the Madison. They know the river so well...you will catch fish! Maybe a humorus note, but since it's all catch and release, often the German Browns seem like they just enjoy the ride to the boat on the end of your line. Some even have old scar tissue around their mouth. The rainbows still fight everytime.
Hope you have a great time! Montana is STILL the Last Best Place!

Try Brian Kimmel, owner of Shadow of a Trout outfitters. Was the Orvis Outfitter of the Year in 1999, and is a member of Team USA fly fishing team: 763-4126

My buddy Jamie Benedickt runs Wild West Fly Fishing here in Bozeman. He is a lot of fun to fish with! Give him a shout and tell him I sent you.
