Doesn't surprise me, more Montanans want to stay than any other state.

Just can't convince my So Cal bred wife to live there year around, she cannot stand cold (which to her is anything below 68 degrees!)

Totally agree. My #1 would be MONTANA. I absolutely LOVED those 13 years. It is just a bit too cold for Patti.....

Funny that the 3 states I have lived in (Montana, Wyoming and Minnesota) are all on the list. Guess my states of choice are good ones.

In theory we would really love to live back in Montana. But we've both come to realize that cold winter might not be on our list any more! It's a delightfull winter day here today, mostly sunny, light breeze, and 80ish

I'll be moving back just as soon as there is a job opening suitable to my qualifications. I hate the east coast.
