Wilcoxson's Bobcat Batter Ice Cream

My wife gave me a half gallon for Valentine's Day. It's delicious! Thought the blue icing might be too sweet but it was well done all the way around. Kudos to everyone who pulled this off.

Dirty Ditch Water.

Just out of curiosity, what is the primary ingredient? The reason I ask is I used to do some work with ice cream and you can easily estimate the quality by the first couple of ingredients.
