Had a couple look at it yesterday after the biggest snow of the last couple years, 21" and an inch of rain. Then today on the coldest day so far, -1*, they made an offer.

Thank you... I would pick Montana, probably Townsend area, if it were warmer. So probably the Coeur d'Alene area. Cold, but no different from where we are now.

When we first started looking it was Orofino but we have a slew of family in Coeur D'Alene.
Really am not a fan of Spokane, way too big, or of Washington.

Move to Superior, its cheap as fu*k to buy land there and you will be close to CDA and Griz games.
