CAT VS. GRIZ NBA

I dont know where I have been lately, but I just heard on the radio about an nba team called the bobcats? I knew of a grizzly team, but a bobcat team...cool! I guess word of the best rivalry in sports has sparked an interest in our school names.

yes they are charlottes new team. after the hornets packed their bags and went to new orleans, charlotte was left out for some years. but the bobcats have been in the nba for a couple of years and are actually pretty fun to watch. but they dont win much.

Not only did they name their team after ours
but their team logo is eerily similar to our "old" logo, as well:

I remember last year seeing the Charlotte-Memphis score on the SportsCenter ticker and it was kind of funny to see Bobcats and Grizzlies as the team names. Only those of us with Montana connections get that one.
