Alright Cat fans where in Bozeman is a good affordable place to have dinner on Saturday night. Someplace that we don't have in Missoula preferably.

*Mods feel free to move this to another board if you see fit*

Stop at Lahood on your way into town. Cardwell exit like your going to the Lewis and CLark Caverns just after Whitehall.

In town...good luck.

Ok, I moved it but will put in my two cents.

Good places that you don't have in Missoula are...
Cafe Zydeco - good cajun style food!
Montana Ale Works - not super cheap, but good variety and atmosphere
Santa Fe Red's - EXCELLENT steak fajitas, good margaritas

There are other's but I will leave that up to the folks currently living in Bozeman.

They have great sandwiches and pasta salads!

Pickle barrel, but you need to have somewhere else to go eat it.

Bar 3 BBQ in Belgrade. It will be less crowded than the Bozeman restaurants. There could be a pretty long wait at Sante Fe Reds for example.

There were several griz fans eating a Bar 3 the evening of the football game-they seemed a little down, but enjoying the food.

It's not real expensive. I highly recommend the cheese grits-stands out amongst all their great sides.

There's also the original Bar 3 on N. 7th in Bozeman.
