Initially I assumed it had to be someone for this forum, but the note is too well written for it to be anyone from here.

My poor students had to hear so many examples about the Pickle Barrel.

Man the group I ran with around that time would have certainly been capable but I don't think any of them are still friends living in Bozeman.

Re: Pickel barrel
Two things:
I was recently in Philadelphia and had an authentic Philly cheese steak. The Pickle Barrel cheese steak kicks its ass.
When I was at MSU (79-84) we fell into the habit of raiding fraternities late at night. We would just waltz into a random frat house after a night of drinking (say, a Thursday night at Karl Marx Pizza) and help ourselves to random stuff (a picture of all the frat members from 1962, a sandwich, an award trophy, whatever). We never, somehow, got caught. And (like the pickle barrel burglars) we still have some of the stuff. We still intend to return it......someday.

Wow! That's pretty bold, ballzy... those nights could have led to some pretty scary endings.84CatGrad wrote: ↑Tue Aug 09, 2022 3:26 pmTwo things:
