Starting a new adventure...

Well, we have sold our home and the sale officially closes on the 5th. I didn't know moving could make me feel so old 
. For possibly the next couple of months we are enjoying our 5th wheel at a new rv park in Post Falls next to the adult version of Toy's R US, Cabela's .
The plan: our Daughter and SIL are selling their property near Worley and we will be building a home together. Their property, 8.6 acres, may have an issue with a well. They drilled, not sure of the depth, and didn't hit water, but I think spent $16000. Water is there, it will just take spending a few bucks. They are a mile from Lake Coeur d'Alene. They had bought water witching "tools" and they and Patti "found" water on the right side of the property about 50ish feet lower than their cabin area, the well drillers "found" water on the left side about 25ish feet above their cabin. The lower area is really plush, grasses and bushes..... Wonder who was correct.
So time will tell. Just waiting now...
