Montana Basketball Trivia

With Trevor Morris signing with Idaho, Chase Sukut signing with Wisconson Green Bay, and Jack McGillis playing for Oregon State. I had a discussion with a fellow Bobcat basketball guy.

Who is the last Montanan High School player to finish his career at a DI school outside the state (with ‘finish’ defined as exhausting his eligibility rather than being cut and not playing anywhere else). He and Atteberry came up with one name but I think I have one bettered them. Any Guess's or can someone out do me.

John Craft from Bozeman who played for Kansas or Kansas State in the late 70's.

Les Craft 6-10 from Bozeman highschool class of 1979, he was one mentioned, but since this is going over like a lead balloon let me throw out the name Felix McGowan from Poplar. Played for Gonzaga, before the were Gonzaga (mid to late 80's)

Didn't Felix start his collegiate journey in Bozo, then to Rocky and eventually finish at Gonzaga?

I believe Felix attended MSU, hated Starner, flunked out, went the JC route then signed with Gonzaga out of a JC .......... I think.

What about those two brothers from Livingston, in the mid 80's? Didn't one go to MSU, and one to Pepperdine?

Looks like Shann Ferch played pro ball in Germany, during 90-91. Not sure about using all of his eligibility.
