Okay, I don't see anything on this list my dad would use and appreciate (me either for that matter). But hey, I just read where Nixon signed this day into law--one more reason to love his legacy.

Hope he has better luck than me. I just found out that I once again failed in my life long quest to draw a moose tag.

I've never considered applying for a tag in Montana--it's too easy to fly to Alaska and it's not even hunting there. Kind of like the damn Texans and Pennsylvanians (to borrow from another thread) and coming out here on all of our game farms, errrr, make that ranches, errr....you know, the places that lease out the right to shoot cows to the locals and sell the bulls...whatever, but I think ya'll get my point :evil: Dang, I'd better check out the Fish Wildlife and Parks site to see how I turned out :wink:

...shoot! Deer, elk and antelope is still pending :evil: Maybe I'll just go shoot some gophers...

Yep, moose, sheep and goat were drawn this week and just came out on the website today. Deer, elk & antelope are usually out the 3rd week of Aug. Good luck!
