The Bobcat Nation

I think this is a great article and really drives home a point that bounces around in my head a lot. The terms "left" and "right" are used constantly for partisan purposes, but as a basic philosophy, do those terms really mean anything anymore, or are they no longer philosophy tags, but rather tags applied to people based on their specific positions on an issue as opposed to the philosophy that they apply to all issues?

In any event -- the article makes much more sense than what I just wrote.
