Great, the old dork who needs to grow up decided to jump on board. Sweet man. Look at stats - you are a waste of time. I bet your kid is the schoolyard bully and tells everyone that his dad is the coolest guy on earth because he paints his face prior to jizz games. Get real man! O'Doyle Rules. Take a bath grease ball!

I think GGG hurt Suckit's feelings.
Poor Guy
By the way - moderators. You guys need to change the front of your website. You've got the most recent scores. I think EWU beat you guys last week, but you've still got the Suc St. score up there.

MILESTONES
l Travis Lulay’s 542 yards of total offense on Saturday was the second-best day in MSU history, the 11th-best day in Big Sky history, and the 35th best day in I-AA history
l Montana State’s 683 yards of total offense vs. EWU was a school record
l MSU’s 44 points last week was its most ever in a loss
SHINING
l QB TRAVIS LULAY has 3,099 passing yards this year, the second-best season in school history
F Passing Fancy... For the second straight week, Bobcat QB Travis Lulay squares off against one of the best signal callers in I-AA. Here is the matchup:
Pass Avg Pass Eff Total Off
YPG/BSC/I-AA Rtg/BSC/I-AA YPG/BSC/I-AA
Lulay 309.9/1st/NA 122.24/3rd/45th 346.9/1st/2nd
Ochs 245.8/4th/NA 154.94/2nd/8th 250.1/4th/19th...
Looks like Lulay definately give Craig Dorks a run for his money.

Yeah, Lulay sucks. The Griz should just defend against the run the whole game and not worry about his arm at all. I mean, if the "What is 1-AA football?" national press doesn't recognize him as a good player, then who are we to disagree?

IMO - the fact that Travis's stats are starting to put him with 1-AA elite group of QB's is merely a bonus. We all know that the intangibles he's shown all year make him one of if not the best QB in 1-AA today. I think that the unbelievable, eye-popping numbers he's put up the past 5 games has the Griz fans nervous. His ability to overcome adversity and win games has been uncanny. Of course we're all stinging from the fact that we couldn't punch it in from the 2 in 4 plays, but I blame that on poor play-calling and great D by Eastern. Could Lulay have made a better throw? Sure thing, but I still admire the heck out of him and would want nobody else as our QB! If the Griz would have been in that situation you can bet you would have heard the "Come on, pull Ochs and put Disney in" chants!
Personally I'm kind of flattered by all this slamming on Lulay and Kramer because deep down it says that Griz Nation is nervous about what this combo is going to do to them on Saturday! I've heard so much talk about how good Ochs is - I can't wait until Saturday when Travis shows them what it's all about!

Great time to be a BOBCAT!

Nice Catatac. I do think the main reason you don't see him with the other players is his success is most recent, not starting back from day one. Don't worry Grizz fans, you'll see the lucky Irishman next year on that page. GO CATS

Deep down Griz fans are nervous about what Lulay is going to bring to the table on Saturday?
Point out one Griz fan who does not think Lulay is the BIGGEST threat the cats have.

Triple G, I am really glad you started this thread. Win or lose on Saturday Lulay is going to light you guys up this weekend. I can't wait to reopen this with his stats after the game. He is good if you are a Cat, Griz, or Georgia Southern fan and dissing him doesn't say a lot about you football intelligence.
Talk to you after the game.

It must come as a total shock to you MSU fans for your "HERALDED" QB to throw for 542 Yards, then have a first & goal at the EWU 2 yard line and not be able to score, even when you are playing at home to your "Jam-packed" 13,000 crowd. Gee thats more the size of a Carroll College Crowd, isn't it?
Its been many years since the Griz played to such a paltry crowd - thats more like jam-packed crowds in North Dakota.
Whats wrong, MSU, can't you get motivated for a big game & show up?

Go ahead and jampack Washington-Bobcat stadium. It'll be nice to see 20000 or however many Griz fans will be there, pile out of the stadium again to leave nothing but Cat fans cheering. The more Griz fans, the more broken-hearted people there will be. And if 13000 is close to 4000 then maybe you should retake 1st grade?

How elated were you the last two sundays with his stats?
Bearbac, I was very elated with his stats the last two games. Why don't you go check his stats at Sac. St. and against EWU. I was not happy at all with the outcomes of the game but his stats yes.

By the way, how many juniors are on the Payton list?
One point I'd like to use this thread for:
The griz should get out of bed, kneel, and thank God every single day for Don Read building the tradition they currently enjoy.
Think about this: Look at Craig Ochs stats from his junior year & tell me how in the hell anyone could justify putting him on the Payton list?
Answer: Because of HIS TEAM'S past success, not his own. It has NOTHING to do with his performance or his ANTICIPATED performance. Or try this: If Jokes was the starting QB at Weber State, would he be on the list?
Travis WILL be on the list next year, obviously. And as the Bobcat program continues to grow & improve, we will see MORE AND MORE Cats receiving preseason & postseason recognition...
To the victor go the spoils, and the griz are definitely spoiled. You can certainly tell that by the mentality of their "average" fan...
Grizzlies: 2-5 when it matters most

Ochs' press coverage all goes back to his one good year at CU. He didn't throw much that year either, but CU did well.
He's been an adequate QB at um, at best.
I'll admit, though, Ochs is one of the toughest kids I've seen play QB.

Lulay is a very good Quarterback. I think he has a good arm, great runner and is the leader. What more could you ask for in a QB? I hope we can keep him off the field with long drives. I also hope Lex comes off his hospital bed and joins the other backs in the line up.
I'm just happy that Ochs is healthy for this years game and weather won't be a factor.
May the best team win.
