A Poem for Bozeman.

Post by AlphaGriz1 » Mon Jun 11, 2007 6:59 pm

Californication led to the degradation of a sleepy little town
The crime moved in natives took it on the chin
Bozeman comes in last
So it's safe to say
On any day and with a little sass
If a Cat had an 8 ball he would probably skip class,
But if they got credits for date rape they then could kick some Griz ass.

If you dish it out, you gotta take it when it comes back. Besides, I see it as a reminder of a better future for MSU athletics.

I agree, but there's no way MSU can compare to dUMb with all their philosophy majors when it comes to poetry- they'll probably win this battle.

That's ok; at least most UM grads are savvy enough to know that "philosophers" don't write poetry. ;)

--GL (poets write poetry, for future reference. Philosophers, well, philosophize)

I work as an attorney so that I can afford good scotch, which helps me to forget that I work as an attorney.

I suppose some probably do, but as a "prelaw-ish" business major, I took quite a few philosophy courses, and I learned about as much about poetry as I learned about repairing radiators...

Well, you're in Butte; if you one free night per week for a semester, you should sign yourself up for Pat Munday's ethics course at Montana Tech. You two would get along swimmingly, I'm sure. ;)

Emanuel Kant
Was a big piss-ant
Who was very rarely stable,
Heidegger, Heidegger
Was a boozy beggar
Who could drink you under the table...
