OK, I will just edit this post from now on. Wanted to make sure people saw updates after responses

ISU missed 3, Miller rebound.

Moss fouled again. 2 FT's coming up after media TO. Sounds like we're trying to go inside on every possession.

3:37 to go...first FT is good. second FT is no good but lane violation on ISU. Second FT good! 58-53 MSU

Millien 2 for ISU. 58-55 MSU 3:12 left

Carry called on Jefferson. Atterbury hates call. ISU ball. 3-pointer for D'Amore. 58-58 with 2:38 left. Time out MSU. Crap!

Inbounds violation on MSU. Hooray. ISU ball. 2 for Millien. 60-58 ISU 2:10 left

Jefferson jumper good. 60-60. Durham steal, MSU ball. Moss travels. ISU ball with 1:20 to go. Time out ISU.

steal Jefferson. MSU ball 47 seconds left. Traveling on Miller. ISU has last shot. Time out ISU. 14.7 seconds to go.

Shot blocked by Beye! Miller misses half courter as time expires. Going to OT. 60-60. Time Out. Jeez this is stressful!!!

Way to go boys. Another huge road win to start conference play. Oh how I would like to win in hippieville next week and make it 3-0 on the road.

Thanks a million for the updates MSU01. You saved the night. I really appreciate it.

OK, I'll post stats here when Kris gets to them (if I can type fast enough!).

MSU shoots 50% for the second straight game....going through highlights right now. Commercial, Durham interview next. Will get the stats up when I can. From memory, Miller had 14, Jefferson 8 (give or take one), and Moss over 20.

Stats: ISU 38% from field. 3's: MSU 5-15, ISU didn't catch it
FT's: MSU 23-34 (70%), Moss 11-14, ISU 20-31 (64%)
Rebounds: 33 each. Moss 9, Miller 6, Beye 5
Assists: 12 for MSU, 3 for Beye and Miller
TO's: MSU 19, ISU 17
Blocks: 2 for Beye, 4 for Millien (ISU)
Scoring: ISU 19 Rede, 12 Millien, 11 D'Amore, 2 Smith, 5 Lewis (not sure on this one), 9 Gardner, 2 Hardy, 4 Kinghorn, 2 Stevens
Scoring MSU: 23 Moss, 14 Miller, 5 Dissly, 7 Beye, 8 Jefferson, 8 Durham, 0 Woodall, 2 Holmes, 2 Durr, 0 Pratt, 5 Towsley. If those don't add up, oh well!

Thanks again MSU01...I think this is the first time I can remember us going inside when it was late in the game...of course Moss may be the first force we've had inside in a long time!

One way to keep from being the bottom team in the league is to beat the bottom teams in the league! They tried to blow it, but restored themselves in overtime. Much like the Weber game where they blew the lead, composed themselves and came back and won it.

Marvin Moss makes a strong case for Big Sky Player of the Week.

I did not expect this-it's very sweet.

Earlier in the year we faded in the clutch...the last two nights the other guys did...that's a good omen! Maybe this team has learned how to be mentally tough!

Other scores: PSU 91 NAU 78, PSU is 3-0 and in first place but all 3 were at home. EWU 39-33 over SAC with 4:14 left. [sarcasm]Sounds like an exciting game there.[/sarcasm] Edit: EWU 44 SAC 41 Final.

When we were going inside to Moss on every possession, I thought I was in Bizarro world after watching some of the early games when we were just jacking up 3's every time down court!

BSC Standings

PSU 3-0
MSU 2-0
EWU 2-0
UM 1-1
WSU 1-2
ISU 0-2
SAC 0-2
NAU 0-2
